our muscle tone and our facial expressions. Our physiology can be changed by
our nutrition, hydration, and movement. To

each client is able to change their physiology within minutes.
second factor is language. We are not aware of the negative things that we say
to ourselves and how much it may affect us. In leadership training and coaching we can be made aware of this and
help ourselves overcome this negative self talk.

aspects and you choose to feel good.
3rd level of mastery: In this level, you are able
to generalize a state of mind and connect it to any incident in life. You also
